Spring Sports and other ways to torture yourself :)

Soo, I got on a new diet, and I terribly hated it when I first got into, now I benched some rules, and others I stick to very strictly what makes me get along much better. And still is very effective.

I haven't had regular sports for 8 months and now I want to start lightly and write about it. (English is not my native language and sport vocabulary is very special, so hopefully you wont mind my expression)

Yesterday I went to my acrobatics training and I realized that my abs are nearly non excistant anymore. Hence today I stressed my Workout on them. Abs are the morst effing work for me.. so I was once thought by Lyzabeth Lopez (http://www.lyzabethlopez.com/) that you should make your weakest part your best.

So what I did:
Warm up at my punchbag
20 rep each set:
2 Sets of Kneebends with a kick to the side and 5kilos extra (one at the start and one in the end)
1 Set of cross touching hand feet while ou make a bride
1 Set of push ups with your legs straddled and pushing back after the actual push up, great for your lower back
1 Set of "jump over the bench" Hold on tight to a point on a step and then jump from side to side with your legs.. you can do it on the floor as well

Abs Routine:
25 reps each
Bicycle crunches
Straight Legs Lift
Hands and Feet flat on the floor crunches
aaand Twisted waist crunches (one set left on set right)

There you go shouldnt take you more than 15 minutes..
