Muscle ache - outch!

Welll well.. Two days ago I had some cardio training. and yesterday was lazy day.. except if you declare billard as sports ;)

Todays plan of torture:

Warm up at my punch bag, works the fastest :)
Warm up my legs with a pilates move where you have the motion of free style swimming and do a crunch with your legs at the same time.. so much fun.

25 kneebends with sidekick and 5 kilo extra
1min swinging the sandbag

20 push ups, casual
2min shadow boxing with 1kg weights

20 side crunches
25 crunches
20 (other) side crunches
20 lift your straight legs
20 roll up into a package

no pause, have fun sweating..
