Killaaa Abs Routine

OMG totally kicked my abs..

You dont wanna loose fat.. you want to burn calories and gain muscles!

I want to do the routine like its here.. but I will start to write down my reps. and i guess I will start doing it in the morning.. after my wake up dance (^.^)

Due to my foot being injured. I wont be able to go swimming or bikeing before next week.. (dammit), so i have the pleasure of focusing on my upper body .. yey.. :/

How to missthreat your abs:

warm up!

30 straight leg lifts
50 crunches where you knee on the flor and bench (hold on to a strechband or sth.)
30 bulks, where your knees or toes are on a fixed underground and the rest is on a smooth floor, then you take a towel or sth and put it under your ellbows. Voilà time to crunch deep in your muscles
and to relax 25 normal cruches..

Cardio Cardio Cardio

Had some nice laps in the pool.

Some what ever laps to get warm
then 500m freestyle
plus 500m freestyle with paddles
then 500m freestyle style training (slow and fast mixed but always concentrating on the form)

stretching and voilà done ;)

i actually dont feel that great.

Muscle ache - outch!

Welll well.. Two days ago I had some cardio training. and yesterday was lazy day.. except if you declare billard as sports ;)

Todays plan of torture:

Warm up at my punch bag, works the fastest :)
Warm up my legs with a pilates move where you have the motion of free style swimming and do a crunch with your legs at the same time.. so much fun.

25 kneebends with sidekick and 5 kilo extra
1min swinging the sandbag

20 push ups, casual
2min shadow boxing with 1kg weights

20 side crunches
25 crunches
20 (other) side crunches
20 lift your straight legs
20 roll up into a package

no pause, have fun sweating..

Spring Sports and other ways to torture yourself :)

Soo, I got on a new diet, and I terribly hated it when I first got into, now I benched some rules, and others I stick to very strictly what makes me get along much better. And still is very effective.

I haven't had regular sports for 8 months and now I want to start lightly and write about it. (English is not my native language and sport vocabulary is very special, so hopefully you wont mind my expression)

Yesterday I went to my acrobatics training and I realized that my abs are nearly non excistant anymore. Hence today I stressed my Workout on them. Abs are the morst effing work for me.. so I was once thought by Lyzabeth Lopez (http://www.lyzabethlopez.com/) that you should make your weakest part your best.

So what I did:
Warm up at my punchbag
20 rep each set:
2 Sets of Kneebends with a kick to the side and 5kilos extra (one at the start and one in the end)
1 Set of cross touching hand feet while ou make a bride
1 Set of push ups with your legs straddled and pushing back after the actual push up, great for your lower back
1 Set of "jump over the bench" Hold on tight to a point on a step and then jump from side to side with your legs.. you can do it on the floor as well

Abs Routine:
25 reps each
Bicycle crunches
Straight Legs Lift
Hands and Feet flat on the floor crunches
aaand Twisted waist crunches (one set left on set right)

There you go shouldnt take you more than 15 minutes..
